Just merely a week after the launch of iPhone 4, and when everybody in Apple are still smiling because of the whooping sales report. Here comes the thunder: Law Suit for iPhone 4 is coming. This is the real thing, not only some consideration or just an issue. It’s already there! And people keep coming up lining for the suit. The first Class Action suit is filed in Maryland, against Apple and AT&T.
Focus of the law suit is around the antenna problem, and here is the list of the claim:
• General Negligence (APPLE and AT&T)
• Defect in Design, Manufacture, and Assembly (APPLE)
• Breach of Express Warranty (APPLE)
• Breach of Implied Warranty for Merchantability (APPLE and AT&T)
• Breach of Implied Warranty of Fitness for a Particular Purpose (APPLE and AT&T)
• Deceptive Trade Practices (APPLE and AT&T)
• Intentional Misrepresentation (APPLE and AT&T)
• Negligent Misrepresentation (APPLE and AT&T)
• Fraud by Concealment (APPLE and AT&T)
The legal attorneys of the suit are Ward & Ward, PLLC and Charles A. Gilman, LLC they representing Linda Wrinn, Kevin McCaffrey and some other users. I believe there will be also other law suit in another region soon; it’ll be a line up.
