There are so many products that reveal technology in its own way. Not only based on the basic things, we also want to get the product which refers to specific need. For example, we can find it in a personal computer. At first, we only need it in offices, later on; everyone seems need to have one that they can bring anywhere. So, we can find the laptop.
There are many kinds of laptop nowadays. However, still people need to have something smaller. Yes, it is called as netbook. Every kind of products has their own prototype or the leader who needs to take the risk of being accepted or abandoned. It can be seen when the ASUS Eee PC was announced in 2008. The target marketing for the computer was for kids and housewives. When it was first released, there is no term such as netbook. It was commonly referred as cute laptop or mini-notebook.
It was sold for 549 dollars and having some features such as 12 GB SSD, 1GB of RAM, 8.9 inch display, and it was available with Xandros Linux and Windows XP. Since then, the product has evolved into netbooks in so many brands. There is always something amazing in pioneers.
