Not wanting to be left behind, ASUS becomes one of the first manufacturers to use Intel’s latest processor, the dual core Intel Atom N550 still with Eee series. The Eee Personal Computers from ASUS will come in several versions.
The first version to be released is the ASUS 1015PEM a small laptop which is platformed by the processor 1.5 GHz N550CPU and can be upgraded to 2 Gb of DDR3 RAM. The ASUS 1015PEM will be sold in the European market with the pricing €349 or about $440 in the United States. While the releasing date of this product is still uncovered.
Another netbook to be released by ASUS is the 1015PN. This gadget is reported to be released by ASUS branch from the North American. Besides the Intel Atom 1.5 GHz N550 processor and 2 Gb of DDR3 memory, the mobile PC is also equipped with graphic card from NVIDIA, the Ion 2. However, unlike the ASUS 1015PEM whose launching date is a mystery, this ASUS 1015PN is expected to be available at the American market in September 2010. Unfortunately, this ten inch netbook is not supported with much specs detail. Supposed it is, the ASUS 1015PN perhaps will be regarded as one of the top mobile PC in the computing world.
