The date of August 11, 2010 is expected to be the date of Fox Soccer Channel HD launching by DirecTV. The products have been waited by thousands of football fans in the United States. The High Definition TV is expected to provide full support for the soccer sports programs. It was reported that the Fox Soccer TV had begun broadcasted in HD in late January. But within few months, the channel has been added to TV providers in the United States.
Even though the TV does not provide twenty four hour support, it is reported to begin providing full support this months, six months after its formal launching in February. As reported in some media reports, DirecTV will present more than 320 live matches this season, including European and American weekly matches from world’s top circuits and competitions. With the coming of Fox Soccer Channel HD, there is no more reason to say that someone misses the popular matches held throughout the world.
Furthermore, DirecTV will also launch Fox Soccer Channel HD Plus in the near future, with the premium service. However, there has not been any convincing report when it will be formally launched. But, it seems that the enthusiast will not have to wait long, since it is expected to provide live broadcast of friendly match between England and Hungary this month.
