Two series of notebooks come simultaneously from Acer Aspire with its One 521 and One 721. Either of them may be appropriate for you. Let’s take a look what is inside and outside of them. Both are ultraportable netbooks for those who prefer smaller dimension of a laptop. Rather than carrying 14-inc display laptops, many individuals prefer the lighter weight gadgets especially when they are travelling a long distance every day.
Acer Aspire One 521 comes with 10.1-inch display while Aspire One 721 comes with a bit larger dimension, 11.6-inch display. They are different from some other netbooks in that they are equipped with Aspire One Duo processor instead of Intel Atom. Acer Aspire One Duo processor works faster than Intel Atom. For being different in their dimension, the weighs are also different, 3.1 pounds for Aspire One 721 and 2.8 pounds for Aspire One 521.
Among the good sides of the Aspire One 521 include its great HD playback, superior processing capability, and compact and thin chassis. However, the battery only lasts for four hours. It also has flat keyboard which is not favored by some individuals. On the other hand, Aspire One 721 comes with a very thin design, great HD and Flash playback, and extremely affordable price. But, it has the same limitations with those of Aspire One 521.
