Brother – MFC-J615W for More Vivid Images and Greater Functionality

You are probably looking for a printer that offers more live colors. You have the odds with Brother, which recently introduced MFC-J615W. The printer is now on the top of the spectrum. Indeed, many enthusiasts are expecting that it provide a marked improvement.  Brother – MFC-J615W still comes with a customary glossy black with a weight of 8 kg and a measure of 405 x 180 x 375mm. It seems that it is so large, but the printer has four-fold functions: Printing, copying, scanning, and faxing.

To support the fax operation, it is equipped with a keypad to the left, next to 3.3-Inch color LCD display that functions to organize all of the menus and photo previews. On the right are buttons for power operation. It is equipped with an automatic document feeder and an input tray. The input tray is capable of accommodating 100 pages at the bottom. It also has a separate photo tray that can be slid in position when required.

Hidden under the scanner are connections via USB or LAN to make it tidier. Moreover, the wireless connection runs smoothly using LCD menu. However, some critics concern the fragile plastic support that holds up the lid. In addition, some test results note that the operation speed is not as great as the promised one. In general, produced pretty vivid photos even when they are printed with and 10 x 15 cm photo images.

Oracle VM VirtualBox that Supports More Jobs with Virtualization

However, the release of Core i7-980X did not seem to satisfy the enthusiasts’ hunger due to the price. Accordingly, the release of Intel Core i7-970 offers the solution. It is reportedly one of the top-of-the-line processors available in the market. The processor is particularly targeted for individuals who are seeking more speed in their CPU horsepower with affordable prices.

The users have their own reason to prefer any type of the processors. They may include productivity or profitability. Individuals who are dealing with jobs like video production or professional design are in need of speedier processor, and Intel has devoted considerable resources to create a device that helps the professionals. Moreover, Intel understands that many of its consumers have a limited budget for computer software, accessories, and gadgets. Intel Core i7-970 offers a cheaper alternative but with performance benefits.

Despite greater affordability, Intel Core i7-970 features almost the same specs with the more expensive Core i7-980X. The Phantom Case is particularly popular among gamers and enthusiasts of computer setup. Speedier Voice Recognition and Improved Accuracy with DNS-11

At the middle of this month, Nuance introduced speech recognition software named Dragon Naturally Speaking (DNS) 11, a program that detects voice command through PC or desktop. The sophisticated program works for Windows, ranging from Windows XP through Windows 7 with the requirements that the processor has 2 GB to 4 GB of memory. DNS 11 works to control Windows, MS Office and WordPerfect Office by voice command. It is also reportedly working on OpenOffice and some other Windows applications.

The DNS 11 has some superiority to the previous versions, one of which includes greater compatibility. It is available from basic Home edition to the most sophisticated Premium edition. There is also an edition with digital voice recorder another one with a Plantronics Bluetooth headset. Two main improvements on the DNS II lie on the help system and the interface. Moreover, the program looks much better.

It facilitates the users who are not yet familiar with the program since there is no much change in the functions of menus and controls. DNS 11 also facilitates more sophisticated command when the users are working with internet with its extra speed recognition and improved accuracy. However, some critics note that there are still few recognition errors with the newer version. However, most of the errors are related to homonyms like ‘through’ and ‘thorough’ or ‘sea’ and ‘see.’

Nav9 Windows 7 for Colorful and Bright Display

The popularity of Tablets is an undeniable fact. There seem endless innovations in these products; and every manufacturer competes to prove that its products are superior to the others’. Now, Nav9 comes as another alternative for tablet enthusiasts. The tablet runs Windows 7 for strong performance; it is built with 9-inch multi-touch resistive screen. Yup! Multi-touch screen is on the peak of its popularity, and Nav9 seems to try to make advantages of it.

Nav9 comes with higher versatility. It is equipped with full complement of ports. It is really compact with bright, colorful, and relatively sharp display. The specs of the tablet include 1.66GHz Atom N280 processor; 2 GB of HDD and RAM that can be upgraded, 3G Modem, 3 USB slots, and forward-facing webcam. Its battery has a standard life with three hours. As would be expected from Atom processor, it works pretty well with superior performance.

Among the limitations of the Nav9 include longer starting time even though it wakes up from sleep instantly. Some reviewers wonder the suitability of Window 7 to the capability of the tablet. It is not that touch-enabled. In addition, some perceive that there is nothing special to the tablet. Build quality is another question related to the tablet. Despite bright display, it provides a poor viewing angle; and many parts are made of thick plastic.
