After Clearvale was launched earlier this year for the social enterprises, now Broadvision launches the updated version of Clearvale, i.e. Clearvale 2.0. As its commitment, the software is networks of networks for the social enterprise. It is aimed at providing the businesses with tools and equipments to create enterprise social network in an instant way. Therefore, all of the members within the social enterprise can interact, share, and communicate with their own social network.
Clearvale 2.0 is just like a miniature and private version of social networks. Furthermore, the members can connect with other members from outside companies within their own ecosystem. It serves to enhance engagement among employees, customers, and partners. They can freely connect and collaborate with one another with enhanced platform. Broadvision also allows the social enterprise to sell premium accounts for the regular customers. This can be additional business units.
The software is also supplemented with MyStreams that is functional for data stream management and filtering system in user-friendly interface. Data filtering system is particularly useful to screen the data that are received from within the Clearvale network. They include updates to wikis, blogs, forums, emails, voice mails, social media, IM, and many more. The data stream can be accessed and managed without having to exit Clearvale. It is a means of improving Customer Relationship Management (CRM) within the social enterprise.
