After Motorola revealed that it would released a new Motorola tablet, many speculations on the possible name and shape of the tablet appear on the internet. Indeed, Motorola intentionally makes it mysterious by not revealing the exact specs, name, and build. Leaked details note that Motorola recently registered a trade mark Motorola XOOM. Therefore, many people hypothesize that XOOM will be the name of the next Motorola Tablet.
Motorola will officially announce the name of the tablet on CES 2011 event that will be held next month. The tablet presumably runs Android as operating system; it is built with a 10-inch screen. Motorola has benefitted from increased sales due to the popularity of Android. Thus, it is speculated that the next tablet will run Android 3.0 or 2.4. It is also powered with NVIDIA Tegra 2 processor. To confirm the speculation, the reviewers refer to a video that Motorola hit few days ago. The device is seemingly a mixed build of an iPad and Samsung Galaxy Tab.
The Illinois-based company, Motorola, is expanding its lines of product. Now, the company is looking forward to building an image as a mobile computer and accessory leader. It is focusing on producing laptop, tablet, notepad, desktop PC, mobile data communication apparatus in addition to a number of accessories. Concerning the upcoming tablet, everything is still unanswered. Besides the CES event, no further detail is available on when the tablet will be launched.
