North Americans Get Fujitsu Lifebook T580 Tablet PC at Cheaper Price

The North American citizens are now provided with a great chance to get Fujitsu Lifebook T580 Tablet PC since it is now on sale there. The sale comes less than a month after it was available worldwide in late November 2010. The 10.1-incher netvertible or Tablet PC has a price that almost doubles the usual convertible netbooks. It means the North American will get it at a lower price. The tablet PC is built with Intel Core i3/i5 processor options. It supports finger and pen input since it has an N-trig digitizer display.

With a price of $1.149, the customers are provided with a Core i3 processor, 2GB of RAM, 160GB or storage, and a six-cell battery. For the one with Core i5 processor, you can add an extra $250. Both versions of Fujitsu Lifebook T580 Tablet PC provide a resolution of 1366 x 768 in HD display. Running Windows 7 as operating system, the convertible netbook also offers some additional features, including Computrace BIOS, hard drive shock protection, fingerprint sensor, spill-resistant keyboard, light sensor and smart card slot.

The convertible netbook is known for flexible usage. The users are allowed to perform up to 14 different gestures such as double tapping, rotating, scrolling, magnifying, and many more. As standard features, the tablet is equipped with SD card reader, smartCard reader, a webcam, Bluetooth, and Wi-Fi connectivity. For optional features, there are UMTS 3G and GPS.
