ASUS has released some gaming devices, including the recently showcased laptop, ASUS U30S gaming laptop. The gaming laptop was spotted with Sandy Bridge CPU, NVIDIA GT520M graphics, 8GB of RAM, and an 8-cell battery. Here are full specs of the laptop. The laptop is solid looking with its aluminum cap and aluminum finish in the inside area. ASUS provides not only solid built but also stylish design. To minimize the risk of scratch, the screen is protected with a glossy plastic.
One of the objections with the laptop is its bulky size. The thickness ranges from 1.3 to 1.4 inches with weights ranging from 4.0 to 4.2 pounds. Despite the dimension, the laptop is not too heavy compared to its classes. As usual, you can gain access to both hard drive and memory from the bottom part. Inside, you will find that upgrading the memory capacity will not be problematic since the space has been there.
ASUS U30S also manifests its superiority in the keyboard and track pad. It has a full-size keyboard with enough space to allow your fingers explore the keys. The keyboard runs smoothly. The track pad is finished with smooth aluminum surface. The size is enough for greater exploration on it. The laptop comes with a standard 13.3-inch display and LED backlit. The problem with the laptop is its poor viewing angle. How is its performance? Intel’s Sandy Bridge is unquestionable.
