Rainbow Collection of Pentax K-x DSLR Cameras

Even pre-school aged children will answer the same way when asked the colors of rainbow. The combination of some bright colors, mostly red, yellow, green, and so on, has always been amazing. But, did you ever imagine that the combination of the colors is used for camera case. Wow! The result must be colorful. This what Pentax K-x presents with its collection of colorful DSLR cameras. In addition to the above colors, purple, bule, orange, and navy also enliven the collection.

In addition to amazing blend of color, Pentax K-x DSLR cameras have gone beyond the standard. They are equipped with 12 MP CMOS sensor and are able to shoot up to 12.8000 ISO. However, the camera can also be used for recording HD video with 24 fps. They are also built with 2.7 inch LCD screen, face detection technology, auto focus (AF), and live view function.

The cameras have not been commercially available, but many enthusiasts are waiting now, especially girls and women. The cameras are limited edition. Despite their lack of masculinity, Pentax has provided another alternative with four newly added DSLR camera editions. Chocolate, pink, olive, and beige coming in single color are used for completing the collection. Therefore, male customers can choose among the variety of options available.

Concept: Solar Camera Strap

If you look at the title, yes I mean it; it’s only a concept for now. But I believed it’s a neat idea, next I’ll tell you why. This concept is design by Weng Jie at Yanko Design (YankoDesign.com).

Why I think this is a great idea? It’s because the nature of DSLR Camera battery usage that is requires only a little power. If you already have this kind of camera, maybe sometimes you forgot to recharge the battery, right? Beside that, the size of the solar cells panels is big enough to provide the energy, and maybe we could use it to charge our cell phones too. But I warned you that cell phone is using more power that a DSLR. That’s why the idea of USB solar charges is not great than this one.

If somebody can put solar cells in a backpack, why not put it in camera strap? I believed many of photographers that now out there in World Cup 2010 Africa would cheers for this idea.  The main question now is who would produce this product? Where we can buy it and at what price? Hope this will come soon.
