It has been reported that Microsoft has conducted collaboration with a mobile phone company which supports the hardware of Microsoft. It was estimated that the collaboration would make any difference and increase the quality and performance of the two big companies. Yet, seemingly the estimation turns to grey right now. The recent finding found that the collaboration of Microsoft with the supported hardware doesn’t come to the proper use and application or there have been problems within the application.
It has been reported that many of the users encounter some problems dealing with the updating of Microsoft toward Windows Phone 7. The problems are including failure toward the modes which are said to be caused by lack of proper internet connection and the turning out of update process which takes a backup toward the content of the phone within the disk space which makes the update doesn’t go smoothly for the users who want to apply it within their mobile phone.
Microsoft itself states that the company will try to fix such problems encountered by the users immediately. Microsoft will try to conduct a kind of review and test toward the problems and will announce the result to the users so that the users will get the best solution toward the problems and will be able to use the program again.
