Netflix New Collection of Major Movie Studio – Starting September 1, 2010

Netflix, an online service which offers DVD and Blu-ray Disk rental by mail and video streaming has made a new deal wit three major filming studios. Paramount, Lionsgate, and MGM agree to be streamed on Netflix starting from September 1, 2010. Together with Epix, Netflix will include the movies from these studios as a part of its Watch Instantly offering.

This online service based in Los Gatos, California deal with Epix will make the increasing number of subscribers to its service. The fact that the subscribers can watch the films on Netflix only 90 days after their TV debuts is delightful to mot movie lovers. LA Times reported, to make this deal with Epix, Netflix has to spend about $1 billion, which is a rather great number in the industry.

With services like Netflix has, movie lovers especially in the United States are given more alternative to watch their favorite movies. With the joining of Paramount, Lionsgate, and MGM at the Netflix, a huge amount of collection will be added to Netflix’s movie library. With $1 billion as its gambling money, will this steps works for Netflix? Hopefully.
