The company Square Enix announced the completion of the western version of Final Fantasy XIII. All the work on the localization of the thirteenth part of the famous RPG series ended long before the official release. Japanese JRPG is ready to conquer Europe and the USA.

“Transatlantic version of Final Fantasy XIII is finally ready to enter the market”, – said at the official site of the project manager Motomu Toriyama. Note that the release of the product will be held in early March 2010. The project will be available on the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.

Final Fantasy XIII is very similar to Final Fantasy X. There is a similar linear structure almost identical system to enhance performance and abilities of the characters. In Japan, the project sold huge quantities, but it did not help to avoid criticism from gamers who are extremely negative attitude towards simplification of the series.
